Jili Link Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the jili link platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jili link.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any games or betting activities on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

You must meet all of the following conditions to use jili link:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Jili link is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 21.
• You are located in the Philippines and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using the platform as part of any professional gambling scheme or syndicate.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account suspended or permanently closed for rule violations.

Each player may hold only one account on jili link. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Inaccurate registration information may prevent successful withdrawal processing or result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Jili link will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or any other channel. Enable OTP verification to add a second layer of protection to your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your jili link account.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current.
• Complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal request.

All transactions on jili link are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Jili link does not accept foreign currencies, credit cards, or cryptocurrency for gaming deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and eligible local e-wallets. The specific payment channels available to your account are displayed within your account dashboard. Availability may vary based on your bank or service provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same account or channel used for deposits where technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing schedules.

Withdrawals of winnings arising from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements. See Section 5 on Bonuses for details. Jili link reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Jili link offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, and game-specific offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer in your account dashboard. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

General conditions that apply to all jili link bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be opted into before making the qualifying deposit. Deposits made without opting in first will not qualify.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Unused or partially wagered bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
• A maximum bet per spin or per stake may apply while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are for individual player use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Jili link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative behaviour — will have bonuses forfeited and may face account closure.

All games available on jili link — including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and fish games — operate according to their respective game rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by real events or live dealer actions for live casino and sports markets. All outcomes are final once settled. Jili link does not reverse settled results based on player preference or strategy disagreements.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, game crash, or server error — any bets affected will be resolved in accordance with jili link's malfunction policy, which aims to return the player to their pre-bet state where possible. Winnings achieved during a verified malfunction may be voided.

Jili link is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. All account holders can access these tools directly from their account settings.

You are responsible for your own gambling behaviour. Jili link encourages all players to:

• Set a gaming budget and stick to it — only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
• Use deposit and session limits to cap your activity before you start playing.
• Take regular breaks and never chase losses.
• Seek help if gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jili link and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financial crime
• Abusing bonus or promotional terms in any way, including through coordinated accounts
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against legitimate jili link charges

Jili link reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take immediate action, including withholding pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Jili link may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if:

• The account holder is found to have violated any section of these terms
• The account is involved in or suspected of fraudulent activity
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily
• The account holder has self-excluded and the exclusion period is active
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and a dormancy policy applies

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting jili link support. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after all required verification checks are complete.

Jili link provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous uptime and a reliable gaming experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Jili link is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, lost profits, or data loss. The maximum liability of jili link to any player under any circumstance is limited to the amount of your current verified account balance.

You use the platform at your own risk. Gambling involves real financial risk and you may lose the money you deposit and wager.

Jili link collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, for promotional communications. Jili link does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

Jili link may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The updated terms will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
